I had put a deep 4” scratch on my brand new 2026 Ford Rapture and took it to Alex Paint and Body. Alex got me a quick quote and the next week Gilbert took care of me after a two day drop off.

Friendly, expert replacement and repair of daughter’s car door. Self-paid because of a high deductible for insurance and price was a great value for quality of results. Gave a complete estimate and talked us through each step of the parts and labor so we could clearly understand the recommended work. They also finished a day earlier than the quoted timeframe. Walked through the repair and answered all questions. Would 100% use again (but hope we don’t need to)!

I had a really great experience here! I had gotten into a fender bender and need my front passenger door to be fix and they did an amazing job! It looks brand new and has a great paint job. They are super respectful and were very kind to me. As a woman I am always nervous to take my car into the mechanics, but it was the right choice to come here.
